This Refund Policy describes the limited refund rights available for purchases made from Flight Media LLC dba The Ecommerce Alley ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). For program-specific terms, please also review the Terms and Conditions you accepted at the time of enrollment.

1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (SWAG)

Stickers, mugs, tote bags, and other physical merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To start a return, email team@theecommercealley.com with your order number.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES, AND TEMPLATES

Digital products (courses, templates, spreadsheets, calculators, creative kits) are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law. Because access to digital materials is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.

3. THE ALLEY COACHING PROGRAM

The Alley Coaching Program offers a 3-day, no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee. To request a refund, email team@ecommercealley.com within 72 hours of your initial enrollment. After 72 hours, no refunds will be issued. Full terms are in The Alley Coaching Program Terms and Conditions.

4. MAX PROFITS MENTORSHIP

The Max Profits Mentorship offers a 72-Hour First Payment Refund Window. To request a refund of your first monthly payment, email team@ecommercealley.com within 72 hours of your initial enrollment. After 72 hours, no refunds will be issued. The Mentorship also offers a 60-Day Love It or Leave It Exit Right (after two successful monthly payments) and a 50% Early Exit Option during the Continuation
Commitment, neither of which entitles Client to a refund of fees previously paid. Full terms are in the Max Profits Mentorship Terms and Conditions.

5. CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge properly made under any of our agreements is a material breach of those agreements. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at team@ecommercealley.com so we may investigate and resolve it.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Send an email to team@ecommercealley.com from the email address associated with your purchase. Include your order number, the date of purchase, and the program or product name. We will respond within two business days.
